Heat Transfer Instructions:

Temp: 320F
Time: 20 secs

1. Preheat machine to 320F
2. Press image on fabric. Press again from the reverse side.
3. Peel of the paper when it has completely cooled.

4. Wait 48 hours before washing and wash inside out.

If you use a domestic iron. it can not be a steam iron.
